If you just wanna walk or stare at the sand ok you've arrived. Get in the water you will die. Danger don't swim here I almost lost my life here last year and I am a beach bum. Tourist beware .

We explored all the beaches on the island and Bean Point has the softest sand (like flour). It’s a very quiet beach and so beautiful with all the dunes. If you are able to stay near or at Bean Point, you’ll thoroughly enjoy this end...More

Bean point is a hidden gem on Anna Maria Island. It is an unspoiled and uncrowned oasis on the Northern tip of the island. You have to walk a bit which keeps the crowd down but the beach and the views are spectacular!

This beach is at the extreme north end of Anna Maria Island. It is HUGE! One of the largest stretches of sand anywhere in Florida. Not the best for swimming due to the strong currents, but a great place to chill and relax. Towards evening...More

The water here is so clear you can find all types of shells and wildlife. My wife and I saw starfish and multiple types of crabs. It’s a must see at sunset.

There were rip tide warnings here, so we did not swim, just came to walk the beach at sunset, and the view was amazing!

Unfortunately we were there during the red tide and couldn't spend much time on the beach. In the evening when the wind and water were calm we went back to view the sunsets. The beach is very wide but the parking is limited. Street parking...More
