Although there was plenty to see the people who worked in the stores such as dilliards Macy and other high end retailers store were judgmental and snobby no greeting or offer of help only place I would definitely go back to is rock shop the man definitely knew his business and was very knowledgeable and very helpful and kind I totally recommend this place of business the food places were also on positive note sadly it wasn’t worth as a whole almost 400 miles trip travelled to see as a whole if I wanted to be treated crummy I could have stayed home only worth while was rock shop and the food it’s a shame that quality of service has gone down in 30 years dilliards and Macy and other big names could learn from rock shop .

I love coming to this mall as it has everything I need, but I’m mainly writing this about the food court. Between the Altamonte Mall, Florida Mall, and Mall at Millenia, Altamonte has the cleanest food court I have seen. There’s one gentlemen, Gregorio, particularly I always see busting his butt each time I come. He is constantly anticipating visitors needs and cleaning and sweeping around tables. An outstanding employee who does a not so glamorous job but deserves a shoutout.
