i visit this business every month for my facials. The staff is friendly, professional & have a great service for facials or massages. Clean & is open every day. Highly recommend this business.

I have had several massages, even belonged to a yearly membership club for two years where I thought I had an amazing therapist, but that all changed yesterday, 9/30/17 when I had the exceptional pleasures of meeting my new best friend, Donnee. He just looked at me and knew that I had issues in my neck and upper back. Once he started my session, he quickly noticed that my left hip was higher than my right one, that I had issues on my left side, and he touched on places that I did not know even needed attention. He was AMAZING to say the very least. My husband could not believe my relaxed state - I am typically pretty hyper. I cannot wait to go back for my 2 hour massage in November! Thanks so much Donnee!

I visited the salon for a massage and was very happy with the experience. It was easy to schedule, the menu of massage services was clear and concise, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable.

Oh how I really wanted this to be a great review after reading all these awesome reviews but I also wanted a great massage....I scheduled a couples deep tissue massage with add tension gun a week prior to May 21,2022 asking for two of the heavy handest therapist.
I cannot believe we got not one but two of the weakest therapist ever both sat on a chair almost our entire session never touched our necks, tight spots or feet.
I'm so very disappointed as I explained my husband and my issues well before hand and we left feeling like someone rubbed lotion on us for 270.00 dollars.
J Sterlings reviews are totally overrated.
Take it from us save your money....Rub lotion on yourself or each other.

Terrible service. Management is awful. There is no respect in this environment and it is super unprofessional. Do not waste your time, it will be a bad environment.

Booked a couple's massage for my partner and myself, as a surprise for his birthday. We arrived 15 minutes early, as requested, and sat until the time of the massage. At the time of the massage, the recptionist told us that only one therapist bothered to show up. So...obviously...I let my boyfriend go back while I sat and waited for an hour. The receptionist kept telling me how inconvenient it was for her as well, as she had to call other customers to rebook...meanwhile, the birthday gift I had booked was ruined. I guess it was my job to feel bad for the receptionist?
I messaged the owner requesting that they make it right. Her answer was to discount the massage my partner received and offer me $10 off future services for the hour I sat in the waiting room and my gas and tolls getting there. Mind you, their policy if a customer cancelled within 24 hours is to keep your FULL amount. Yet if THEY cancel a few minutes after your service should begin...you get $10 and a sob story. No thanks.

My husband had a couples massage. We both left feeling great. Both therapists did a wonderful job. We are very satisfied customers. It’s not the fanciest place or the most relaxing place, not even close, but certainly gets the job done. If I went strictly for relaxation I might have been a little disappointed. I could hear traffic during my massage. I also didn’t like they charge extra for aromatherapy. But, for our needs, it was great!

A friend gave us gift cards for a couples massage for Christmas and we finally got around to it. We absolutely loved it. I like deep tissue so it was $10 more. Nika was great and my husband was very impressed with Cassie. I will definitely go again.

Went to J Sterling spa a Swedish massage had KAssie as my masseuse she was wonderful my sister niece and son joined me great place great price clean professional would definitely go again

Went in to get a facial. This was my very first facial and I will be going every 3weeks. My facial was amazing. Stephanie (facial expert) was wonderful. Very professional. Very clean facility. I loved everything about this experience. Definitely recommend, and prices are fairly cheap.
