Racing season is short in Colorado so take advantage of the racing while you can. Inexpensive entertainment, food and drink prices are very reasonable and the racing is fast and fun, inexperienced betters can always ask for help from the people at the windows and they are happy to help.

An afternoon spent in air conditioned comfort in the elevator accessed, upper level adjacent to the finish line and overlooking the whole track with easy access to place your bets if you want to. Reasonably priced beverages and food served at your table by pleasant young ladies and at-table TV with coverage of each race including the option of watching... More

this race track is average, but a nice place to spend an afternoon. the food offerings are limited. seating outside is mostly concrete benches in the sun. they could use more umbrella tables and food selections.

My wife, daughter and I decided to check this out on a Sunday afternoon since we live close by and had never been. There is tons of parking (free) so that is not an issue and admission is only $5 for most, $1 for those 55+ and free for those under 17 and active duty military - race programs only... More

It is nice to have a running race track in Colorado! The facility is very average but has an enclosed grandstands or track level viewing. Facility is cash only for admission and food. Prices are decent with $5 admission. A great day trip. Recommend.

Arapahoe Park is a fun place to take the family to see horse races. Usually young horses that are not well known race. It can be an inexpensive outing for the family (if you don't loose a lot of money betting). The atmosphere is friendly, the horses are beautiful and its a good way to spend an afternoon.

Something different to do . A great way to have a company party, the people there are great about helping out if you don't know how to gamble , they show you around .

If you like horse racing, Arapahoe Park has pretty much everything that you need. They have a very short season, Memorial Day through Labor Day, live racing on weekends, so get out there when you can. There is OTB, beverages, food, and free parking. I usually take $25 and that pays for everything & betting (I only bet $2-$4 per... More

Arapahoe Park is a great place to spend a few hours on a weekend. Good location, and a nice facility. Bet the ponies or just watch. Family friendly. Refreshments and snacks available. I just wish they advertised more.
