You can fish, camp, run, walk, bike. Nice trails to do all of these things. Bring mosquitoes spray for the summer. Beware of dogs, some are not leased.

This is a nice small environment for family fun. Wind surfing and SUP conditions exist. If you don’t like a windy beach maybe just check the weather. Good family fun. Admission is by the car load. Picnic tables available.

We love the Aurora Reservoir. Very clean and small beach, but great fun for the kids! There is even a little playground to play on.

It is a beautiful way to spend a day. Relax on the beach or rent a boat. Also fun to go fishing. Great little snack shop.

We just started kayaking, and this was a great place to learn, without boats and jet skis flying by us. The park rangers are very visible and safety concious.
