Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in Aspen. After receiving a recommendation from a friend to call / contact the owner Stacy -- I made an "emergency" late night call at 10PM to request a driver. I received a text back quickly and was told "This is Aspen Luxury Limo and if you're interested in a ride to Denver at 4 AM I need you to communicate that with me within the next three minutes" ... I then Received a confirmation from Stacy saying "yes we can accommodate".
I was on the other line w the airline so asked my husband to call her ASAP because we know a last min flight at this time could be difficult. The woman -- Carrie -- was BEYOND abrasive and condescending.
After saying "yes we can accommodate " she then explained that she had to call around for a driver - we were fine with that and when starting to give info for pickup and drop off information she started to cut us off and tell us we were the ones being abrasive for asking the question "what is your best recommendation for the time we should leave if our flight departs DIA at 9:45AM"
She then asked my husband “what are you calling me for?” … it was CLEAR that we were calling to follow up with her text that we were looking to book a driver. It was beyond confusing.
She then said she would call back with info. Less than 2 minutes later she called us back to "educate" us about how ridiculous our request was and that even with 32 cars in the field she didn't want to look for a car for us.
Her power trip was unbelievable. Perhaps she was having a bad day, or maybe she just assumed we are not pleasant people from the start, but I have a difficult time believing that we are the first people in the history of the company to request a last minute early morning flight due to travel issues coming out of Denver.
Get ready to brace yourself for a bumpy ride if you end up having Carrie as your point of contact.

Took Nomi Limo from the airport to our cottage in Aspen (waiting at the gate with our name, took our luggage, even had room for our large items to go on top of the SUV). The service was so amazing we used them everyday for getting around town, to and from the ski lifts and sightseeing. We were met promptly each day and cant say enough about the professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness of this service. Definitely calling them for all our transportation needs this coming season. See you in 2017

Nomi always goes above and beyond for their guests. Their drivers are timely, friendly, professional, safe and courteous. I would recommend Nomi for any of your transportation needs while visiting Aspen. They are very accommodating for all group sizes and make-ups.
