We stopped on arrival for a bathroom stop. After walking around discovered the Ice rink and a climbing wall. After returning to the parking lot their is a paved trail to take a shirt hike. Overall would say don't bother.

A very good recreation center with some great facilities. The staff was always nice and the facilities are well maintained and always clean. There's plenty for everyone to find something including ice rink, pool, hot tubs, steam room and sauna, cardio room and weights room, rock climbing wall and others. This all in addition to the nearby outdoor football and... More

We were in town for an ice skating competition at the Lewis ice arena, which is part of the Aspen Rec Center, so we spent the majority of a weekend here. The rec center offers nice amenities and while a bit pricey ($15 for visitors) would be a great place for kids to swim if you have some time. The... More

We only did the pool, but there were quite a few other activities. The last 90 minutes are a great deal, if price is an issue (which is was for us). The slide was fun, the lazy river is the fastest we've been in, and if you wanted to swim laps, the pool is beautiful. We highly recommend it!

The way the instructors handled the little children are amazing. Love it to watch them teaching the little ones to swim

Great place to go on a rainy day. Can take the free bus there. Lazy river and water slide were big hits--though the latter does not open until after lessons are done (noon). Pool is kept very warm. Discounts for residents. Bring your own towels to save some money as well. Also have a climbing wall and ice rink.

It was a rainy day and the kids wanted to do something so we headed to the rec center. Water slide, pool, lazy river, rock climbing and ice skating all for one price.

Kids had a great time. A bit pricey for just a few hours of fun, but worth it when it's pouring rain outside. Just wish that some parents would keep a better eye on their children. The lifeguards were great.

Why have I not been to this place before? The pool is amazing, the climbing wall way fun and ice skating too. Spend a day here with the kids, it is a blast!
