Two Boat Dive trip with Catalina Diver Supply was excellent!! Mark and Dennis where fantastic at making the best of less than suburb conditions. The ocean was rough, nothing they could help, so they made every attempt possible to find decent sites for both the divers and snorkels on the boat. The dives were pretty good... a bit stirred up... I had a great experience with this shop. When the weather looked rough, they called to offer us a reschedule and we careful to explain the conditions. Three of us took the guided dive and we went with Ruth, who is an instructor who works with Catalina Divers. She was fantastic. She carefully explained everything we would be doing, set... More

The scenery was good, lots of fish, nice kelp forest, a good scuba experience, but... Wet suits were a little wet, not a problem but when it takes your guide 30 minuets to use the bathroom, it's uncomfortable. On top of that, one tank was not filled up all the way so my friend had trouble breathing. He had to... More

This was a 2 tank dive on a Saturday. First of all the crew were awesome. Fun and knowledgeable and very sensitive to the newbie divers that were on the boat. I thought that was really wonderful. They took us out way down the coast past Two Harbors to a place called Indian Rock. It was a nice dive. Nothing... More

We had a lovely in perfect weather, and a very small group. There were schools of fish. We saw a school of dolphins on the ride back. I understand that sometimes the boat goes out with a large group and that would not appeal to me. The crew was friendly and helpful. Good job.

I dive a lot in various locations around the globe. The boat, the crew and the diving were great. Unfortunately the kelp forest has been hurt by sargassum. The mistake I made on this trip was not also diving the Avalon dive park. I did not realize that location was such a great place to dive also. Nonetheless, a reason... More

First Snorkeling experience was an absolute success! They have two locations, clerk at the pier location suggested we rent from their location by the casino so that we could snorkel in a better location. I thought the rates for 2 hours were great especially for a first timer. Both ladies that helped us out were super nice! I would definitely... More

Capt John and First Mate Lizzie run a big, clean, high-service dive boat operation. Check-in was easy, the boat was fully ready, with all our tanks set up. They have extra equipment in case you forget/lose yours. They were patient with stragglers and newbies to diving. They are completely professional while also having fun. The sandwiches were also great (turkey... More

This place is the best. They are the closest to the dive park so it's really easy to get the gear and walk straight into the ocean. It also makes it very easy to get refills since they can just add it to your tab. The gear was in great condition too! The guy working there was so helpful, which... More
