Went there with a field trip group. Never knew it existed. We learned some very interesting things about Auburn and the Asian early settlers.

Nice small museum with a cool docent/descendent. Definitely not a typical museum. Glad we caught open the hours are a bit limited.

Great little museum to learn about Chinese history in the gold country. A man with ancestors that lived in the area during the gold rush showed us around and answered our questions. Fascinating.

The history of the Chinese role in the making in California is incredible. California was built on the labor or the Chinese. Railroads, aqueducts, levies, roads, dredging, everything. See this one for sure. Add to what you know.
