Old Town Auburn is tiny, but has a lot of character. There are several excellent eating places and pubs. All the buildings have historic value and are well-preserved.

Old historic looking buildings and quaint shops are the highlight. You get a taste for the "olden days" in Auburn.

The old town area is small but lively with great pubs and restaurants and a few historic sites like the old fire house. You could spend a few hours here or just stop for a quick nostalgic bite.

Last time I was there (about a year ago) most shops were quiet by 5:00 pm on Saturday. Restaurants are about all that is going after that.
