Spent the 4th of July holiday here with friends watching some great bluegrass acts and enjoying the day. It just gets better and better, and the lake is really full this year!

Lots of free parking in this park. Nice selection of slides and swings. Stretch your legs around the boating lake then use one of the many bbq tables available. Clean and safe - top spot.

As long as there isn’t an alge bloom, the air is pleasent. The water is only around 4 feet deep, so it warms very quickly.

No! Absolutely not. If the water touches any part of your body you should amputate immediately. Lol. Seriously though, it’s not safe.
