Wile travailing through Anaheim we saw a billboard for Disneyland next exit, on the spur of the moment we said “Why not”... Seeing the millennium Falcon parked in the town was an experience we will soon not forget. The ride was quite enjoyable and exciting
( we wer pilots ) lots of laughs. It was our first trip to California, and by far the most memorable.

My teenage daughter (who is heavily into Star Wars) found this shop and museum of sorts to absolutely irresistible. While some items are pretty expensive, many of them are exclusive.

If you want to meet Star Wars characters and take a pic with any of them, this is the place for you! Super organized. There is also a huge section where you can design and customize your own Disney iPhone case called "D-Tech."

Being somewhat of a regular to Disneyland I was looking forward to seeing the latest park attraction ( the Millennium Falcon ride) in action, only to be disappointed as I walked into the park to see a sign stating it was already booked out for the day. Speaking to other people at the park who had a ‘ Boarding Pass ‘ I found out you needed to be on the Disneyland app booking said pass at 8.00am. This will be a tough thing for some but I was more disappointed to hear it was so LOD our or booked up inside 2 minutes! WOW!
There must be a better way to distribute tickets for this popular attraction. The area around the ride is fantastic as you would expect from Disney. 2/5 for the information.

It could have been done so much better. Probably won't bother visiting it again. How about an Indiana Jones land? Everything was gray and dreary, and not much to do.

I expected a lot from Disney and they fell short. The ride is just "ok" and the cantina bar was not worth the reservation. The whole production is just not fully committed to by staff and set of scenery is lacking any interaction. I would wait until they add a few more Star Wars rides or attractions.

Love love love the Star Wars launch Bay here in Disneyland. I’m now here and the visuals make me believe I’m part of the Star Wars movies. Stunning props and voice overs especially for the interactive part. The queue was quite long but all worth it.

I would a zero rating, but it’s not possible. My family and I made a special trip to the Disneyland Resort and Hotel to celebrate both Father’s Day and our 20th wedding anniversary. We stayed at the hotel specifically to get reservations to Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge. My husband and son were so excited to build their own custom light saber. After securing an 8am reservation and practically running to Star Wars we were told at 8:45am that the custom light saber experience was sold out and would not be allowed to participate in the experience. My husband and son were devastated. At no point before this did any cast member explain that there were a limited amount of slots for this experience. We are all so disappointed. I cannot believe this is how Disneyland is operating this experience. We’ve wasted so much money just to be denied the very experience we came here for. I realize that our small family has no significant impact on the mouse’s bottom line, but this is terrible. The rest of Star Wars land is a bunch of shops. The Millennium Falcon ride is ok (a waste of you’re not one of the pilots).

So - we flew to Anaheim to go visit Disneyland and Star Wars land specifically. You have to stay at a Disney hotel to get access and have a four hour window. (Ours was 8am to noon)

I will start with a compliment. Visually stunning and you truly feel like you are in a galaxy far far away. For 15 minute.

After that, you’ll have a bad feeling about this.

Once you arrive, there’s ONE ride - smugglers run. That’s it’s.

The slots for the light saber assembly thing sell out in five minutes. So we didn’t get to do that.

The robot assembly is literally the only other “thing” to do, and of course it’s expensive too. It’s our negotiating with Jawas.

Literally EVERYTHING else in SWL is merchandise sales. Costumes, toys, you name it, they have it. But that’s it, and crazy expensive. Like Death Star expensive.

This “land” was built to push merchandise, not create an experience.

Huge disappointment and recommend waiting a year or two until it’s fully operational.

If you do go, may your credit card be with you.

I had really high hopes for this ride, but after waiting 1.5hrs in line for it I was a little let down. The ride was kind of fun- but was in 3D, which they do not tell you until you are about to board. I cannot see in 3D, so I waited forever for nothing.
