This is an attraction that is right off main street and is on your right once you walk into the park. It's by where Mickey is greeting guests.

This has a little museum in it that you can look through as you wait for the 15 minute show to start. There's a mini video that shares Walt's love for Lincoln and how he got the actor that played Lincoln to help influence his own attraction on Lincoln.

We were told that the animatronic Lincoln that was in the show was an updated version due to the new technology the imagineers have access to. President Lincoln looked very realistic and his mannerisms were great!

Some of the video had similar clips from American Adventure in Epcot, so if you have experienced that it may seem familiar.

Overall loved the attraction and would highly recommend it.

Near the entrance to Disneyland. This is a very cool exhibit and a tribute to history. Maybe not the first thing you want to do when you walk into Disneyland but it is worth doubling back to check it out.

This was a great activity for us to do just before leaving the park because the theater is located by the front entrance and we welcomed the chance to sit down again before trudging out into the parking lot.

It is amazing that they were able to create a realistic animatronic version of Abraham Lincoln in 1965 before the advent of personal computers! I wonder how much this has been upgraded since the original presentation, but it’s really convincing. The animatronic Lincoln never takes a step, but he stands, shifts his weight, gestures, and moves in a very realistic manner. At Disney World, this attraction evolved into the Hall of Presidents.

I didn’t realize at the time that the actor whose voice we hear for Lincoln was Royal Dano, an actor I am familiar with from many TV and movie appearances, but notably for his potrayal of the lightning rod salesman “Tom Fury” in the 1983 Disney film “Something Wicked This Way Comes.”

I understand that the speech Lincoln gives contains portions from a number of actual speeches the 16th president gave. I liked the presentation and found it moving, but thought the patriotic emphasis was a little heavy handed and could have done without three choruses of the Battle Hymn of the Republic at the end. I was also disappointed that you weren't allowed to take any photos during this presentation. Still, I would highly recommend this attraction for anyone who is interested.

The Disneyland Story portion consists of exhibits and models about the original concept for Disneyland. Since they were seating for the Lincoln part almost as soon as we arrived, we really didn’t a chance to look at that part very much.

They have recently redone Abraham Lincoln, We enjoyed seeing the show, The place has a lot of seating and even during busy Easter Week, there was not very many people there, There is a model of the capitol and other exhibits before going in and seeing the show in the theater. Its on Main Street close to the entrance.

The show is very patriotic and inspirational for the entire family,

What Walt created here is a Miracle. The Lincoln figure was original to Walt. It was an idea to do at the Worlds Fair then Walt took it to Disneyland. A clean, friendly, perfectly maintained place, where the attractions are the best in the World, and even if you cant get on them, it is still amazing to be there. Thanks to the Management and Cast Members for your amazing work.

Behold rare Disneyland memorabilia and watch Abraham Lincoln come to life through the magic of Audio-Animatronics first seen at the New York's World Fair in 1964. It is still amazing. And trace the creation of “The Happiest Place on Earth” through rare artwork, models and mementos at this fascinating exhibit. I remember having to recite President Lincoln's address in the 8th grade. I got an A for doing it with feeling. This exhibit brings back some memories.

You don't know history until you have experienced an animatronic Abraham Lincoln. The theater is really comfortable (one of the best in Disneyland)

My husband had pestered me to see this attraction at Disneyland and I was reluctant to say the least. I was thinking it would be cheesy animatronics and a story I had heard a million times in grade school. I was certainly wrong. The story was moving and informative. I liked knowing the difficulties of beginning our country and it was a perfect reminder of how great our country has been in the past.
At the end of the film portion, we meet Abraham Lincoln "himself". I was quite taken aback at how lifelike the animatronics were. Lincoln gestures to the audience, his face makes expressions, his voice is sincere and poignant. I will see this every time I go to Disneyland from now on, if only to remind myself to be a better citizen of this United States.

This is a nice little show if you’re looking for a few minutes to sit down away from the hustle and bustle. Mr. Lincoln’s animatronic is touted as the oldest. It was very neat.
