Super fun on a hot day

This is a fun ride on a hot day because of the breeze that you feel going round and round. I like that you can sit in a bench with another person if you don't want to go alone. The views from up there is also a great one of the park. The lines aren't that long due to how many people can go at one time.

Fun ride

I really liked the Pixar Pier area at Disney’s California Adventure. The swings were a simple, but fun ride. They give you a good view of other rides in the area and would be good for all ages. I’d wait 30 minutes or less for this ride.

Fun For All Ages!

We have kids ranging in age from 11-21 and everyone had fun on Silly Swings. You can also get a great view of the park from up there!

If you like these sort of things then you will like it. If you don't you won't. Its exactly like what you can find elsewhere so in that respect there is nothing Disney related about it.

I'd only ride it if you are into these sorts of rides and there is no real wait (which there wasn't on our Wednesday late August morning).

Good ride for all ages

Went on this ride for the first time and liked it. Not too fast and luckily not too long or I would have been dizzy. Great ride for young kids as well as adults.

Great Fun!!

Classic for Kids

The classic swing ride on the Boardwalk is what it reminds you of with Paradise pier there. Nothing to it but kiddies will like it and the wait time was non existent so do it. Enjoy silly Symphony Swings with your kids.

Line goes quick!

This line goes quick even if it is long. It is a fun ride that offers a spectacular view. Not for people with motion issues.

Good for the kids

These swings are a standard fairground ride but with the added bonus of Disney theming. The kids really enjoyed them.

If Your Into the Classic Rides

This ride can be found at many fairs, amusement parks, and piers. It is not unique to Disney other than the design of the Silly Symphony. These swings that twirl round and round is not a ride that I personally enjoy being prone to motion sickness, but I still make the effort to go on it with my kids. No matter how times we've been on a ride like this (whether at California Adventures or another amusement park), my kids still seek it out. Don't make it a priority, but if you do pass it, just know the line goes fast and it is usually a short one anyway.
