    Great service
These buses are clean. The drivers are very friendly. Especially Timothy Boyton (spelling?) who took us to our train station and helped us figure out what to do when our train was cancelled. He even walked us into the station!! Never had a negative experience with these buses.

EVE and ART were both great ways to travel to Disney!
Our family used the EVE service to and from Orange County airport. Scheduling a ride was easy and the drivers were on time and friendly. No tip is required but I gave one for the advice they provided. Eros was our first driver and gave information about different routes and times for buses in the Anaheim area. We also used ART to travel to/from our hotel to Disneyland. The shuttles were easy to locate on the app and the stops were clearly marked at the park. Multiple bus routes went by our hotel so we had some additional options. We would definitely do these services again!

EVE transport is a great option
The EVE shuttle was easy to use and fast. We prebooked out shuttle but then our flight to SNA was delayed. I simply requested a ride when we landed and it was ready for us. We ended up with an ART bus which the kids loved- we had an entire short bus to ourselves The only drawback is that I wish they had a family price. Or the child price was up to age 16 not 9.

Currently in line for a bus at Toy Story Parking Lot before Merriest Nites. We’ve been waiting for an hour because apparently all of the ART drivers needed to take their breaks with no backups during the busiest time of the evening. All of the buses are sitting in the parking lot while hundreds of us are waiting. This is ridiculous.

Don't rely on EVE, they majorly let us down. First the app sent us to the wrong location. After waiting a few minutes and not seeing the shuttle, I called the number provided in the app and didn't get an answer. Luckily, I was able to ask an ART driver if we were in the right spot and they used the radio to inform the EVE shuttle driver our location. We had to wait another 30 mins for the shuttle to arrive. When the Shuttle arrived, the driver wouldn't let me put the bags onto the shuttle and one of the bags got left behind. When we got on the bus there was another passenger that said the shuttle visited their hotel 3 times with them on it before we finally went to the airport. After dropping us off at the airport they figured out they left our bag behind and the driver went back to get it, but it was too late and I missed my flight. My wife, 3 kids and I could have rented a car for about the same price, but I decided not to because I would have had to walk a mile to a car rental. I would never use this service again.

Stop lying and be real with customers. People want to hear the truth not 2 mins, 6 mins, lunchbreak during peak arrival times, etc. Especially if it takes more than 50 mins and every other pickup/drop-off at disneyland had come by twice but ours. They didn't come and brought someone from Toy story line until after we called, after waiting 50+ mins.

This used to be such a great service when going to Disneyland, but with the new app that has to be used to ride and reservation system it has made it a pain to use and unreliable. We had one issue after another with the app and the bus arriving when we were expecting it. The wait times were long and inconvenient. The drivers were all great and helpful, but it was a stress for us and I can tell for them as well. I would recommend getting a hotel close to the parks if you dont have own vehicle and dont want to use uber.

If I could leave negative stars I would. The bus doesn’t follow its schedule, it stranded many families at Disney at park closing. Many families with small children wait over an hour and a half with no bus. Then when the bus did come it denied people with children and left them with over 7 empty seats. I told the driver there was 7 empty seats as did others and he said he didn’t care he was leaving. And he left all those kids at 10:30 pm who had been waiting since 9 pm. It was horrible. And his assistant was rude to a mom and three kids whose phone has died since she waited so long. Our morning driver was excellent but this guy. Wow. Heartless to say the least and at park close you need to have more buses. It’s ridiculous.

Completely unreliable. They run when they feel like it. Services will stop for the night early but app/station still show bus arrivals leaving riders/families waiting out in the cold night for nothing. Drivers tell you last bus 12:30AM but services can/will stop at anytime without warning. For two nights there were no returning buses from Disneyland (second night at 8:30PM).

The first 3 days the bus drivers we had were so grouchy. Day 1 I tell the driver it’s our first day and am unsure if I’m doing it right. I have 4 passes and go to show them to him. His reply “don’t take all night, get on”. Second day lady was such a grouch and told each person what seat they had to sit in. Other rider were also shocked at her attitude. We chose to walk home a few times over dealing with the driver. Buses never showed up when they were supposed to and wouldn’t stop even though there was standing room. The weekend drivers were great though.

Awful for Disneyland experience. They let the kids on first every time. Let me explain. My wife and I were waiting almost an hour to be picked up at the Delta location (bus 3.) These 5 or 6 families show up a couple minutes before the bus arrived and they got on and we didn't. So we had to wait for a "back up bus." Just awful.

When our son broke his foot before our planned Disney trip, we knew he would be unable to go back and forth to the park on foot from the Holiday Inn, as we had planned. The staff told us about the ART bus system and we were excited for this option. We were told the bus picked up every 15 minutes. We purchased our tickets and then waited over half an hour for the morning bus. At least it came. On the return trip, we waited at the designated bus stop for over 50 minutes, the signs continually updating to say the bus was 10 minutes, then 2 minutes, away, then jumping back to 12 minutes with no bus having arrived. By now there were over 20 people waiting for the same bus. We contemplated calling an Uber. I went over to two empty buses and explained the situation. The first driver said he couldn’t help us, but the second driver was amazing. He smiled, said he could take us all to the hotel, and promptly took us there. He saved the night. What a horrible system… the next Disney day my husband drove us to the park, dropped us off, drove back to the hotel and then walked back to the park to join us. A hassle for him, but he was reliable! I would never attempt to use this system again.
