Walked up and down every day from the Disneyland hotel. It gets bloody busy after about 10am. Great place for a feed at one of the many restaurants, lots of shopping options at Disney prices. It would be rated average but for the free live...More

This is a great place to get all your souvenir buying out of the way and avoid dealing with parcels when you are going on rides! Great entertainment as well or just people watch!

I absolutely love Downtown Disney. It seems magical to someone from Australia to just wander around. I felt very safe here as there is an enormous amount of security personnel. You do have to get bags checked before you can enter but it is very...More

We enjoyed our time at Downtown Disney - many places to eat and many shops. However, if you have visited Disney Springs in Florida - be prepared - it is MUCH smaller and the employees were not as “Disney” nice. They have a stage in...More

When the temperature reaches 80 degrees or warmer it is VERY HOT in Downtown Disney, not much of a breeze passes through here. There is ample shade to be found and of course it is beautifully landscaped. There are plenty of places to sit and...More

Went here this morning, what a waste of time. Got there at 9:00am and very little was open. You now only get 15 minutes free parking. To get three hours they are making you buy something. Went to the Disney Store and my wife asked...More

DTD is worth a visit if you are already at California Adventure or Disneyland, but I wouldn't go there just to go. It's a basic mall, and they charge to park. You can buy some Disney stuff, and they have a few themed restaurants, but it's...More

At the end of our exhaustingly long day in the parks, we stopped in to dos one quick shopping for Disney-themed things. Great selection, quick in and out (not to be confused in In-n-Out the burger place).

Lots of shops and places to eat. Kinda shocked at the restaurant prices to be honest. I’d recommend educating yourself with the layout and where you’d like to eat and the current menu and prices to avoid being shocked.

We took uber from LAX to Disneyland and the surrounding areas. Which was cheaper than a taxi. There are also shuttles that run between the airport and the many hotels near Disneyland. Downtown Disney is always busy but... More
