A lot of the park was being refurbished but still a great visit , card land was fantastic if going on the cars ride advisable to go single rider you both generally get on at the same time then get to race each other.

For younger children, we prefer visiting in the am when they open. The parks gets much busier after lunch. However CA offers cocktails which is nice for a later afternoon stroll and revisiting of Bugs Life and Cars Land with the littles.

They both have parades rides, California has cars land which is great. Both parks are great you really couldn’t choose just to visit one . You need s 3 day pass and do 2 days disney 1 day California adventure.
