We decided to take a break from the theme parks, no small part due to tired legs and sun induced exhaustion and went on the Hollywood/LA beaches tour. We were based in Anaheim so selected Southern Gray Line. They arranged a seamless transfer from our hotel to their base, from where we boarded a tour bus, which was a relief.... More

Was a good day and took the stress out of getting to universal studios. Only real problem I found was that even tho we had front line tickets and could get in early we didn't get there til around 10.30am and back on bus by 6.30pm. Found it a rushed day with big lines ( totally need front line passes... More

I used this bus to get to Sheraton Park hotel from lax for a conference. I ordered the voucher off of expedia, and when I printed it the morning of my flight, it said I needed to call to confirm my pickup time. The guy from Grayline said that no, I didn't need to confirm it, that I just needed... More

We chose Southern California Grayline to get from Anaheim to SeaWorld, Knott's Berry Farm and to Universal Studios and Night Tour. On each tour we were given a time to be at the Howard Johnson Hotel a 2 minute walk for pickup and transfer to the centre to collect our tickets and change buses. SeaWorld - our driver Charles was... We took the shuttle from lax to anaheim, the bus stopped working 5 minutes from disneyland. The driver barely pulled over to the side of the freeway. Any big vehicle shook the bus as we waited on the side of the road. We weren't told anything for a while. There's was scared children and it was not a good experience.... More

We chose Gray Line's Disneyland Resort Express over a shuttle as there were eight of us with three children. We would have needed booster seats for the younger ones to take a shuttle and we didn't want to carry them. The bus arrived at Terminal 2 on time and the friendly driver was quick and efficient. We ended up in... More

We used Southern California Gray Line to get from Anaheim to Legoland, as well as their Disneyland Resort Express LAX shuttle. Firstly, the transfer to Legoland - we booked the evening before and were informed of an 8.30am pickup. The bus didn't turn up until 8.55, but there was heavy traffic around Anaheim due a visit from Trump. At least... More

Dennis made the start and end of our tour to Universal Studio. He was educational, funny, witty, friendly, efficient, kind, kept our attention, apparently loves his job and the customers. He made it clear he was there for us. He gave a great deal of advise on what and how to get the best of our visit. Because of this... More

Reservations are not required and you should not make them. It is possible to pay once on board and that is the best option. I made reservations and then experienced a flights changed to where the flight came in after the last shuttle left and had to use Uber. They issue no refunds so now I'm out money. Horrible service!

We are very sorry that we could not refund your ticket. It is transferable and good for up to a year from the date of purchase and in most cases we have extended the expiration even further. Because the tickets were already purchased and printed, we make sure that when a guest purchases the ticket that they must approve our... More

I was disappointed with a recent encounter with regard to your Disneyland Express line from Santa Ana Airport. The day after booking, and approximately 1 month in advance of our visit, I recognized I made an error. Simple enough I booked for round trip instead of one way. I called the customer contact line and was further disappointed that no... More
