I have recently spent 5 weeks travelling round different parts of the world with my 11 year old grand daughter. We went on Hop On Hop Off buses in London, Paris, Rome and L.A. we had tour guides take us round the Vatican and Colosseum, the Eiffel Tower and art galleries and museums. And then on the 2nd last day... More

I love Greyline Anaheim..we've gone to Universal last year..and today booked the Los Angeles, Santa Monica tour..excellent...the driver was so knowledgeable..he explained the sights and history of what we saw..Greyline takes the stress of car rental..why rent a car on the Anaheim area when you can book Greyline??

Here's what I sent to them and they've failed to respond 3 times: I am VERY disappointed with the service that I received from the Disneyland Resort express both from LAX to the Disneyland resort and from the Disneyland resort to LAX. Prior to our arrival at LAX on June 11, 2016, I called the reservation line twice to ensure... More

We used the Disneyland Express on July 12 at LAX. Bus was right on time - remember that the posted times are for Terminal 1 and there are 8, so add time for the bus to get to each terminal. Our driver, Ricardo, was attentive and proactive - making sure he didn't miss anyone wanting to catch the bus! He... More

We've used the Disneyland Express on several occasions. Busses are clean and staff is generally friendly. Takes the stress out of renting a car and paying for parking in Anaheim. I have two problems though. My only problem though is the timing of their shuttles. Came minutes away from missing my flight at LAX because the bus that they operator... More

We decided to take a break from the theme parks, no small part due to tired legs and sun induced exhaustion and went on the Hollywood/LA beaches tour. We were based in Anaheim so selected Southern Gray Line. They arranged a seamless transfer from our hotel to their base, from where we boarded a tour bus, which was a relief.... More

Was a good day and took the stress out of getting to universal studios. Only real problem I found was that even tho we had front line tickets and could get in early we didn't get there til around 10.30am and back on bus by 6.30pm. Found it a rushed day with big lines ( totally need front line passes... More

I used this bus to get to Sheraton Park hotel from lax for a conference. I ordered the voucher off of expedia, and when I printed it the morning of my flight, it said I needed to call to confirm my pickup time. The guy from Grayline said that no, I didn't need to confirm it, that I just needed... More

We chose Southern California Grayline to get from Anaheim to SeaWorld, Knott's Berry Farm and to Universal Studios and Night Tour. On each tour we were given a time to be at the Howard Johnson Hotel a 2 minute walk for pickup and transfer to the centre to collect our tickets and change buses. SeaWorld - our driver Charles was... We took the shuttle from lax to anaheim, the bus stopped working 5 minutes from disneyland. The driver barely pulled over to the side of the freeway. Any big vehicle shook the bus as we waited on the side of the road. We weren't told anything for a while. There's was scared children and it was not a good experience.... More
