Corinne Morse, from South Africa, is making some delicious blends of wines originally from the southern Rhone Valley in southern France. Although Amador County was known for its Italian varietals, like Zinfandel and Barbera, Corinne is making great Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre and also combining them in excellent blends. The prices are reasonable and there's no tasting fee. Right on Hwy 49 across from the turn-off to Amador City, it's a must-stop on anybody's wine tour of Amador County.

Although right on the main road,we almost missed Wine Tree Farm and that would have been a loss. Corinne, the proprietor, was very knowledgeable and entertaining, and we loved the style wines she made. We were impressed that it was run entirely off grid, and of course impressed with the wines. We are planning to go back for a blending class!

On our way to Sutter Creek to begin a weekend of Amador County wine tasting, we popped into Wine Tree Hill to start our day. Corinne and her doggies are super nice and the wines are delicious. She specializes in Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, and has numerous blends of these in addition to each by themselves. Wine Tree Farmis completely off the grid -- meaning run on solar power and back up batteries (also charged by solar).

Visiting Wine Tree Farm is a step back in time when you tasted in the winery. No fancy tasting room, you get the full experience of being where the grapes transition from small berries into wonderful delicious wines. Tasting with Corinne is always one of our best stops.

We had a great visit to Wine Tree Farm. The owner was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about their wines and all the events going on nearby. We enjoyed the tastings and the friendly animals too! Definitely stop by when you are in the Plymouth area.

We had a very informative experience blending our own wine. It was a great way to spend a couple hours in the winery and in the foot hill area. Highly recommended.

We love Corinne, her operation, and her quality wines. Our first experience was a wine blending class that was fantastic. We learned a great deal and have been big fans ever since.

I have been going by Wine Tree Farms for a few years now! It is slightly out of the way but....well worth a visit. Corrine (the owner) is so knowledgeable and friendly. Her wines are simply delicious and some of the most affordable in The Amador/Plymouth area. She teaches a wine blending class on most Saturdays that I highly recommend! You will learn so much about wine and you get to take the bottle you blend with you!

nothing to write home about ,but this non descript winery beats many with all the glitz hands down.. as the team/owners know their wines, and produce a good products with a reasonable prices...don't miss it.
