Hi, We were there for the NASCAR race in November '17. I didn't notice any public transportation, but we had rented a car. There were some off site parking lots that appeared to have a bus to the race track. Traffic wasn't bad except for Sunday, and it was horrible. Might be worth taxi? Sorry couldn't be of more help.
