This hike was not strenuous. It’s good for a leisurely stroll outside. Camelback and Sedona hikes are prettier places but it’s a way to get outside.

My 5 yr old son and I did this climb for the first time today. Let it be known that this is NOT an easy stroll like it is on A-Mountain in Tempe where it is paved. This hike has loose rocks underfoot similar to...More

This is a very nice hiking area. The trails are well marked and the flora and fauna are nicely identified. The views of the valley and the Superstition Mountains are beautiful from the top of Silly Mountain.

This is a very well done “park”. Very close to town, right on hey 60. A very easy trail with plant identifications, 5 or more we’ll marked hiking trails., not too much elevation. A nice place to take visitors.

It’s fun, it’s relative easy, even for people who are not in top shape. Very nice panorama once you get to the top. But even along the way, lively desert scenery.

I like Silly Mountain for days when I just want an easy hike. There are a few trails like the huff and puff that will get your heart rate up. I like this trail because it's close to town if you don't have time to...More
