Great camping facilities on beautiful Lake Martin! My boys and I tent camp and love this park. Lots of hiking trails, good bath houses, and plenty of room to roam. Fishing pier, boat ramps, and a great store with boat rentals too!

Most of the many Camper/tent sites are very close to the lake. The cabins are all nice. No on site restaurant but plenty on and around the lake, a short boat ride or car ride away.

This is one of our favorite state parks to camp at. This is also a cheaper alternative to a hotel if you attending a football game at Auburn University. We have camped here twice and found it to be very quiet, the newer bathhouse is clean and well taken care of. We haven't been there in the summer so we... More

Good place for a family gathering. Clean restrooms, playground and swimming to keep the kids occupied. Ample parking and shaded areas with well kept grounds.

Great place to spend a day or a weekend. We love to bring our horses; they have some of the best horseback riding trails in Alabama. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful lake to enjoy. Unfortunately, Alabama politics are in danger of closing this great park. Call before you come.

we spent 2 nights in a tent, almost on the lake. The water is very clean, the facilities are clean. The kids had the best time ever. And the ice cream in the little shop was great!

Wind Creek State Park is beautifully well kept. Lots of campground areas, places to hike, swim, and explore. The Cream of the Creek has great and affordable food too!

I have been coming here at least once a year since I was a kid (now 39). Obviously we love it. Most campsites fairly level to the water and not too close to one another. Lake Martin is the best lake in Alabama. Even has an ice cream shop, also serves burgers and stuff, on the property. If you love... More

We had a great time at Wind Creek State Park. It was my sister and I with my two teenage daughters. We had a nice flat, shady campsite to park the motor home and had great neighbors. There were lots of families around and we enjoyed sitting outdoors and people watching. The girls had fun riding their bike and checking... More

Great hiking trails! Good beach area to cool off after a good hike! Plenty of campsites and picnic areas! Alcohol is not allowed and they will ticket you for it.
