Me and my wife booked airport car service and America's Finest private tour with Senate Transportation Philadelphia. We choose the option of having the driver as our tour guide and couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Ali. Not only was Ali our driver, and tour guide but he was our "photographer" when we stopped at certain historical monuments. We are originally from the Philly area and decided why not celebrate our 20th anniversary in the city we got married in. Thank you Senate Transportation for making our trip special and memorable.

Second trip to DC booking round trip DCA to hotel and back with Senate Transportation Services. Our driver Fawad was professional and prompt. He met as at baggage claim and handled all of our luggage. He had 3 car seats installed in his SUV for us as planned. Will certainly use again.

My son and I traveled to Philadelphia for a two day event. Everything went smoothly both days. Pickup and drop off spot was right outside the hotel door and I could not have felt more at ease knowing I had reliable transportation.

My son and I used Senate Transportation to get to and from Wrestlemania. It saved me the headache of having to drive through traffic. Shuttle arrived on time and got us back to the hotel quickly. Driver got us through traffic without any real problems. Driver was really friendly and greeted us every time we got on the bus.

Senate Transportation was singlehandedly the best money I've ever spent on an event. Driving in Philly after a large event is complete chaos! I was so worried about driving in and out of WrestleMania that I started researching other options. I stumbled upon Senate Transportations shuttles and was pleasantly surprised to see it was leaving from a hotel I had already booked, The Embassy Suites. I signed up right away! It was a great experience from that point on. I realized I had chose the wrong day on their website. I emailed their team and it was changed immediately with no problem. I'm a skeptic when it comes to customer service; so I emailed again prior to the event and they were on top of it. When we checked in; they had me on the correct list. You are given a wristband and then we hopped on the shuttle. We were dropped off right by the gate and the pick up tweet was easy to find. After the event; we went to the shuttle directly; it was right outside of the venue. We were loaded up and on our way home quickly. The driver was a magician, because he got us through some serious traffic like it was a hot knife through butter. We were back to the hotel in no time! It was so seamless and a great experience and I would book Senate Transportation again and again for events! 10/10

Great experience. We used this service as transportation to and from The Rolling Stones concert at MetLife from Manhattan. Driver was early for pickup and dropoff. I recommend and would certainly use again (but just be sure to check their X account for updates on the pickup/dropoff location).

STS took me and back from Times Square to Metlife in NJ for a concert. Easy to book, friendly and helpful service, and well organised for the transport required end to end. does exactly what it says. competitive price for service. would use again and have already recommended to local colleagues who did not think such service existed here.

We used this service for The Rolling Stones concert at Camping World Stadium in Orlando. If you know anything about downtown Orlando, the traffic and parking are a nightmare. Very easy to book online and the morning of they provided the drivers name and phone number. Louis was on time and gave us great instructions on how to find him after the concert. We would definitely use this service again!

We could not have asked for anything better than this service. Book them whenever you don't want to do the driving. The vehicle was clean. Their employee checking you onto the vehicle was very courteous and polite. They were PROMPT. On time to the minute! And also solicitous and accomodating when a situation arose for one of the passengers. I will always use them when given an opportunity to do so.

We used the service in Chicago to transport us to and from The Rolling Stones concert. The service was awesome-it was easy to book, easy to use, and our driver was great. They even called me to tell me of a slight time change so we wouldn’t miss the bus. Yes we did still have to sit in the traffic after the concert (which you would unless you flew, cycled or walked) but it was so nice not to be driving. 100% I’d use them again.
