Reasonable service
This is our 4th time using their airport car service from JFK to our residence in Connecticut. Would highly recommend changing the airport rates on the website because the price quotes are slightly different from what it states online. Although the service was reliable and professional each time.

Perfect experience
Amazing experience. The booking process was simple. The communication was spot on. And the service was flawless. We attended a concert that was delayed by over 2 hours. The driver assured me he had no problem waiting around until the end, allowing me to enjoy the concert stress free.

Fantastic concert transportation!
My daughter and I had a trip with Moises with another family from Times Square to the Taylor Swift concert at MetLife stadium. He was absolutely fantastic. We could not have had a better, more seamless experience getting to and from the concert. He told us how to meet him after the concert to avoid most of the traffic and was a consummate professional. Thank you, Moises, and the Senate NYC Transportation team!

Impeccable Service

We scheduled a driver to take us from our house to Starlake Pavillion for a two night concert event. Adam our driver was incredible. He arrived early in a new clean car. He was polite, friendly, and best of all a very safe, efficient driver. He coordinated a pick up time and location and was there waiting for us after the show. Worth every penny to have a safe ride home both nights. It was a pleasure-thanks Adam!

Senate was superb!!!

My daughter and I used Senate Transportation to attend the Tyler Swift concert at MetLife in NJ. The experience was excellent. Our driver was prompt, professional, and very personable. The trip could not have been easier or more seamless. We avoided the traffic getting into the venue, and it was great knowing exactly where we would meet afterwards to get back, and we could relax during the ride back. The shuttle was clean and very comfortable. I very highly recommend Senate Transportation!!

Easy use to see Taylor

My daughter and her friend used Senate Transportation for the Taylor Swift concert. She said it was nice bypassing the traffic going into the venue. She also said the gentleman who drove was very nice. It was a great piece of mind knowing they could get to the concert and back without walking the streets of Philadelpia.

Amazing service!!

I was on the fence about taking a car service to the Ed Sheeran concert. I’m so glad I did!! Prompt and professional to the max. Burhan arrived early at our home and actually spent the time polishing his car. And he knew exactly where to drop us off and meet us for the best possible experience. Honestly so happy with Senate and would use them again in a heartbeat.

We used Senate Transportation for the Taylor Swift concert and it was wonderful. Great customer service with quick responses, prompt pickup and logistics, and our driver Ali was excellent. Highly recommend and well worth the additional cost over Uber!

Terry the Tour Guide!

Our family always comes to Washington DC every summer and the concierge arranged a private tour for us with Senate Tours and Transportation. Sprinter van was clean and our tour guide Terry was funny and well informed about the monuments. They even allowed us to pay for the tour in cash with the driver. The last hour we invited Terry to have dinner with our family. Incredible tour at a great price.

Some hiccups at pickup, but overall worked out

We checked out several car services for our trip to D.C. Senate Transportation had good reviews, provided baggage claim pickup instead of curbside, and the price worked for us.

The pickup at BWI was not quite as planned as the driver was not at our baggage claim as promised, but a quick call to the company and they found the driver on the other side of baggage claim. I am not sure the confusion as our baggage carousal showed our flight clearly and there was literally nobody around in that area. This was disappointing because my teenage daughter always thought it would be cool to have someone waiting at Baggage Claim with her last night. I had booked the service mostly because of that option being available with Senate Transportation.

We quickly found out the real issue though, the driver several times seemed to almost fall asleep driving us into DC. My husband luckily was sitting in the front so kept him talking. This was mid-day so not sure what was up with the driver.

However, the return driver was great. He was right on time, the ride back to the airport was smooth, and he was very helpful with bags, etc...

Lastly, I am always surprised when a driver doesn't introduce themselves. Neither driver did, and neither driver offered a snack as mentioned when we booked. There was water in the rear, but none offered in the front for my husband either.

Overall, I give it an average rating. The vehicle was nice and clean, they were fairly timely, and they got us from point to point, which is the real requirement here. They just didn't go above and beyond.

Friendly, Helpful, Professional and Very Courteus

We hired Senate Transportation Services for Inauguration week activities. We definitely would hire them again even if it is only for transportation to and from the airport. The big advantage we found was that the drivers worked hard to find a way around the traffic congestion. We always felt safe with their drivers.

BTW, they can tell you and take you to some of the best "local" restaurants. We were not disappointed to say the least.

Great Car Service !!

We used Senate Transportation Services while visiting Washington DC and NYC recently and were very happy with the service we received and appreciated the ease and confidence of making all our arrangements with Greg. Our first trip began at Reagan International Airport ending at City Centre last Wednesday. Jeff, our driver, was waiting for us in the baggage claim with a smile on his face. He helped us with our bags and escorted us to a clean and comfortable black SUV. He drove us to City Centre during rush hour and was an excellent driver, allowing us to feel comfortable and safe in his vehicle. He was very pleasant sharing landmarks and family stories with us while providing outstanding customer service. I would love to have him drive me on my next trip to DC!! Our next trip was from City Centre to Union Station on Friday morning. John, our driver, was again waiting for us as we exited the hotel with a clean, black SUV, with chilled water. He was friendly and cheerful and made us feel secure and safe as he drove us confidently to Union Station getting us there in plenty of time to leisurely catch our train. While in NYC this last weekend I contacted Greg Sunday morning to see if he could get my husband and myself from Midtown Manhattan to Newark Airport that afternoon. The subways and streets were a mess because NYC was on high alert due to the bombings the previous evening in NYC and NJ, and UN was beginning sessions as well as Obama coming to town to address the nation. Streets were closed all around the hotel. Greg came through and had a driver waiting for us at the back side of the hotel, 6 hours later, in a clean, black SUV. Edwin, our driver, was very pleasant and able to get us to Newark airport in a little over an hour, which truly was amazing considering all the roads in Manhattan were either blocked or stopped due to traffic gridlock. All 3 cars and drivers were outstanding, providing excellent customer service, arriving on time with clean and comfortable vehicles. Greg was efficient with follow through, confirming pick up times and locations. I will definitely use Senate Transportation Services on my next trip to DC and NYC. Thanks for taking such great care of us!

Late night flight into Dulles(midnight) Driver was waiting at the baggage area and picked up luggage and out to the car. 30 Minute ride to the hotel, he was quite helpful in giving my wife and I pointers on how to navigate a city that we are unfamiliar with, which is always welcome.
