As always, the Big Bus is the best way to get your bearings around a new city. Informative commentary. Easily located Bus Stops. Do a full loop and then go back and explore.

This was the absolute worst on off bus company I have ever purchased tickets for. The buses did not come to the locations the map stated they would come. There was no heat on the bus. The buses were old. The drivers would make passengers...More

We tried both Big Bus and DC Trails tours. We found DC Trails to be more personable and comfortable. Both offered good information about the monuments in DC.

Yes we did stop at the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam memorial and another stop I just can't think of what it was. You get off the bus with the tour guide and you walk around for about an hour.
