Located in downtown Washington DC close to at least 2 metro stations makes getting in and very out easy. We went the Verizon center to see the Washington Wizards play. Our tickets were in the first section close to floor (mid court)- very nice and expensive. The center is about 20 years old and looks just a bit dated, but... More

Went to Greenday Concert with my boys as well as Wizards games here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking in the building makes it so easy, and with food places like Bar Louie in the building, you never have to leave or walk on the city streets. Which when alone with kids, is a nice and safe feeling.

Well, first the good.... The sight lines for a basketball game are good throughout the stadium. The concession stand workers were friendly. The general workers kept the arena and concession area clean. The bad.... Seating is really tight if your over about 5'10". Also, be sure your shoe size is an 8 or less or there won't be anywhere to... More

This is my second time visiting the Verizon Center, this time to see the Golden State Warriors play the Washington Wizards. Security was polite, all employees were great. Only issue was that I did not like the fact that random people kept coming into our suite, and taking seats that belonged to me and my family. I’m assuming that they... More

I was here with my family for a Wizards basketball game and we had a great time. The seats were reasonably priced and the game was very entertaining. I haven't been to many pro basketball games but this was a good time for all of us. The staff working were generally helpful which was not always the case at other... More

You need to go through the security screening to get to the "Will Call" office. Unfortunately you cannot print tickets at home like the other US sport arenas I have experienced. Crowds outside the arena spill into the streets and the police close some of the surrounding streets for this reason. If you are going to a game get there... More

Came for a Wizards game. Still had a good view in the 400 sections. Multiple but expensive food options as you would expect. During the most popular events/games, the main F street entrance can get severely backed up. Had to stand in the middle of the street, confused and slow lines for security entrance. Once inside, navigation signs to different... More

Got tickets on stub hub for a great price and seats where in a suite with its own bathroom. Few other ticket holders in there as well. The center is very clean with good food options. Got a parking pass on stub hub for the suite parking and it was cheap. They make you leave your keys in your car... More
