I love the Arena Stage because I feel connected to the play since it is a small intimate atmosphere. Every play I've seen is professional with some of the best actors. The place is immaculate and very cultural. The beautiful architecture gives the presence of huge atmosphere but it is just the opposite. Definitely a place to experience in DC.

My husband and I saw a play for his birthday and grabbed a quick bite to eat at the Catwalk Cafe. I reserved parking for about $17 and I highly recommend it. It was super convenient. I loved the circular architectural theme throughout the building. The food at the cafe is fresh and pretty good, but the cafeteria style, help... More

We saw "Born For This" on the Arena Stage and were blown away. There's not a bad seat in the house and the play was awesome. I wouldn't be surprised if it was on its way to Broadway.

Every performance I have seen at Arena Stage has been great. Each of the 3 stages are well designed so you don't have obscured views from any seats. The Kogod cradle seats are not very comfortable but the other 2 are fine. Sound and light are very good. The venue is always clean and pleasant, plenty of clean bathrooms so... More

We attended All The Way on Sunday at 2PM showing. Fantastic! Not a bad seat in the theatre although sometimes when the actors, who were on a rotating platform at times, could be slightly more difficult to hear when they faced the other way. But really a nice place. They have a cafe and bar area which we did not... More

My wife & I were fortunate to catch the opening performance of All The Way on our anniversary, 4/1. The experience was wonderful!! The material was timely, the concepts timeless, and superb acting by the entire cast!!!

We went to the Arena Stage to see the play "Sweat"The venue has many theaters in it, so it can be a busy place, There is parking within 2 blocks of the theatre. In the lobby you can purchase food and alcohol. It was modern inside the complex. The only negative was the seating. The seats were not very large... More

Arena Stage offers great theater and musicals for audiences of all ages. "Fiddler on the Roof" was sensational and "The Originalist" was an excellent portrayal of Justice Scalia. We look forward to their mailings and seeing what is forthcoming. We like each of Arena Stage's venues and how close we are to the stages."

We could not have been more pleased with our Sunday afternoon theatre tickets for the Arena's production of "City of Conversation". Garage parking was readily available for early arrivals, there were no lines for wine or cocktails, the bathrooms were conveniently located near the North an East seating areas and once inside there was not a bad seat to be... The Arena stage is a wonderful theatre. The stage is quite small but is innovatively laid out so that there is not a bad seat in the house. There are not many restaurants near by but they do have a cafe on premise which serves food in keeping with the play. The walls are made from glass and so you... More
