I can understand why John F Kennedy worshiped here when he lived down the street. Very peaceful and unpretentious. Quite the change from churches that try to outdo each other.

This is an historic church next to Georgetown University. It's lovely and has remained historic-looking, which I greatly appreciate!

The view of Trinity Church with the background of the shiny, reflective John Hancock Building behind it is among my favorite impressions of Boston. Even if you only drive by it, it's worth the detour. 😊

We were in Georgetown on Sunday so we were able to catch part of this mass. Lovely homily. Small community feeling in this parish.

At 12:35 pm today, Saturday May 23rd, Senator Chris Goodnow and Natalie Scholl were married officiated by Reverend Leo A. Murray , SJ. This was the day the Lord has made. Genius 2:18-24 Collossians 3:12-17

Historic and beautiful Jesuit Catholic parish is Georgetown. Very near the campus of Georgetown University. Music is usually first rate and the homilies very good. One shouldn't go to church for this reason, but you may get to shake hands with and wish peach to a Washington notable from the press corps or government!
