I cannot remember ever associating with a company so despicable. I called them up before booking my flight to DC to verify if it was even worth coming at this time. He assured me that EVERYTHING was open. I took his word for it, booked a capital tour, and flew to DC with my family. Upon arrival, I discover that barely even a third of things are open. He bold face lied to me, & we planned our vacation around it. Secondly, the night before our capital tour he called & said we can't get tickets because they're not allowing tours. After lots of pushing he finally admitted that they had not been admitting Capitol tours since the riots! That's 7 months ago! It seems that he has been selling tours for something that hasn't been available for seven months, all on the hopes that by calling them the night before (after they've already flown to DC) that they will agree to switch to an alternate tour. What a swindler!!! Anyway, I told him that I would not accept an alternate tour, and he said he would refund my money. More than a week passed, and he never refunded it. I had to get other parties involved. I called him again and asked why he didn't refund my money, and he made up yet another lie. He told me that he had previously said to call someone else for the refund, and that he was never able to process it himself. That's 100% a lie. Every time I call him he tries to blame things on "a miscommunication," but that's just a way to cover up all the bold face lies & swindling he is doing.
