We took a 6 1/2 hour tour and was it worth it! DeWayne is the very best guide! So knowledgable and funny! He knows every piece of architecture in DC. When it was erected, who made it, how much it weighs, short story, etc. My sister is a history teacher and he got an A+. Amazing! He made our only DC day better than we could ever expect. Thanks DeWayne.

Sorry it took us so long to get back to you. We saw your review, but didn't get a response back in a timely way. We really appreciate that you took the time to send us such a heartfelt positive response and Dwayne was very flattered by your sister's thoughts as well. Hope you have a great 2018 and that we see you sometime this year or in the near future.

Good selection of monuments to visit and see. We did the six hour version, but after finishing it, would have rather only done the three hour. For us, our time would been better spent visiting a museum or two rather than the afternoon portion. Our guide also spent much of the afternoon ride talking with the driver rather than talking to the group about the sites we were driving by,

Thanks for letting us know about your tour experience and for choosing Signature Tours. Most people enjoy the full day tour, but we appreciate that other guests might have a different agenda for their limited time in DC and we respect that It is highly unusual that our guide would have been talking to the driver more than guests so we would like to hear a little bit more about that. If you could, please contact us directly at info@signaturetoursdc.com and let us know more, that would help us make sure it doesn't get repeated. We take our guest's quality of experience very seriously and our guides enjoy their time with the guests immensely and vice versa most of the time. Anything less is not what we are about as a company!

This tour checked off several of the must see memorials for me. The bus was air conditioned and comfy. Our guide Dwayne had his facts readily at hand and delivered a fairly constant narrative. It was the perfect tour for my one and only day in D.C.

Thanks for letting us know that you enjoyed your tour with us -- it especially important when people feel like their one and only day in DC was well spent and guests just like you are why our tours offer as many sights and layers of information as they do. Hopefully we will see you again sometime in the future and you can spend even longer in DC!

Booking was easy, price was reasonable. Showed up the required 15 mins early, to be put into lines based on the 3 or 6 hour tour. After waiting patiently, we were shuffled onto the bus about 5 mins after the tour start time. Then, we waited almost another 20 minutes for late guests... a couple and their 14 year old son...so essentially, 35 minutes late is ok... not being there 15 minutes early, or even on time for the tour to start is not a big deal, except for those other 25 people waiting for the 3. Once we got going, the tour guide was very nice and the driver did a great job in a crowded city. At the last stop, we were informed that because they were "running late" and some other reason... the 3-hour tour people (most of the bus) would not be going farther and we were on our own to get back to the start point where our cars were (2 miles away!). Even those on the 6-hour tour were rushed and could not see the memorials on the stop because they decided to start our tour 25 minutes late to wait for the 3 people who weren't there when they were supposed to be... Rushed stops, disregard for the 25 paying passengers who were on time, and being stranded to "find a taxi or Uber" to get back to the start point make this tour one to avoid in the future!! Very disappointed.
