The building is absolutely gorgeous. What really helped was the docent tour. She was able to explain so well what we were seeing, why it had been designed that way, what the faith and Bible was behind it.

There are many areas as well as another floor in the Basilica. We had a tour while there was a high school graduation mass in the main church.
