We visited D.C. for a few days in August 2016 with two teen boys and this was a great way to kick off the visit. We biked for several hours and saw most every major attraction/memorial up close. This experience is far better than touring...More

We took a private, 3-hour tour and it was quite good. A bike tour is definitely the preferred way to see the monument and memorials since you can cover a LOT of ground in a short amount of time -- re: no getting on and...More

This was a fun way to get orientated to DC. Despite a rainy morning, we got through all the main sights and Chris, our guide, gave us some excellent information all along the way. Recommended, absolutely.

Loved this tour! My family and I had such an enjoyable time touring the city, biking to the monuments and learning interesting tidbits about them. Perfect amount of info and activity.

I went on the Monuments and Memorials Sunset Bike Tour and loved it. This is a great way to see most of the monuments and memorials around the mall and the tidal basin, especially if want to get the most out of a limited amount...More

I couldn't make my tour when the Snowstorm of the Century was bearing down on DC. I was afraid I wouldn't get a refund, but the manager was very nice and agreed to do it under the unusual circumstances. As a result, I will book...More

On an unusually warm February day we joined a Capital City bike tour of 8 adults plus a guide, who was a George Washington University student. It was the highlight of my trip. Per our guide, we covered about 8 miles. There were plenty of...More

We had a lot we wanted to see up and down National Mall, so to save on hours of walking up and down, we opted to rent bikes. The pay machines have clear, easy to follow instructions and we were able to release bikes quickly....More

We are locals and decided to take our guest to see the city. We've never tried an organized tour before. We just did it ourselves. The bike tour was absolutely a great way to see a lot and not use every ounce of energy. We...More

I'm so sorry we missed this question! We do not have a minimum age for our bike tours. All riders are welcome and we have plenty of kids bikes and trailers to carry all the little ones. I hope this helps!

This is a group bike tour led by a guide. If you want to bike on your own, you can also rent city bikes that are located in certain common areas in D.C., but I'm not sure the price of those.
