The orange metro line takes you to Dupont Circle. Its a nice place to take a walk and people watch. There are several bars and restaurants that line the streets. Traffic is always hectic as it is all over DC but it's fairly easy to...More

This is an very good Sunday farmers market offering quality food and country produce. So much so, it should be encouraged s it supplies good, fresh produce, unlike some of the supermarkets we visited. The surrounding shops were also interesting.

If your staying close by there are some restaurants, cafes and a few overpriced shops in this area but not much else. I would not tell anyone to go out of their way to visit this area as there is nothing special here.

Not sure about apartment but check the ones on 16 street and near by New Hampshire Ave. because some of them may include parking or have spaces available.
