Amazing current art pieces spectacularly done. We only got to see the permanent collection as the other area was being prepared for a new exhibit starting in March. Be sure to read all the descriptions as they add so much to the experience.

What great museum. Very creative exhibits. Very small museum which makes it perfect. Not overwhelming.

This was a very lovely building to see from the outside. When we got here it was closed, so we could only take pictures from the outside but it was very beautiful. Both my husband and I loved it.

The Renwick Gallery has been closed for over a year, pending renovation. This was my first opportunity to visit the renovated gallery. The good news is that the facility itself is now clean and attractive. The bad news is that the renovation ignored the fact...More

Probably others with more expertise would appreciate the exhibits here more than I did. But I found that about 20 minutes was more than enough time to see everything I wanted to see here. If one of your goals is to see all of the...More

Not the largest gallery, but filled with eye-catching pieces. Located right behind the White House, it's located in central location that makes it easy to pop in for a quick browse. I particularly liked the ghost clock, which is located on the second floor.

I visited the gallery this past September. I was really looking forward to it since it covers contemporary modern crafts which is an interest of mine. Very unusual objects, my favorite was a weaving that covered the whole room. There were less objects than I...More

No there are not wheelchairs available. There is an elevator. The only thing I have a hesitation about is the entrance. I would say to contact the museum for an accessible entrance.

I don't recall seeing any wheelchairs, although that doesn't mean they aren't available. I know there is a dedicated handicap entrance.
