Ed is one of the most knowledgeable & passionate historians who truly loves what he does. He’s animated, brings visuals, and makes sure to include everyone in the group. We did 3 tours on our trip & by far was the best-highly recommend him above any company tour. FYI, you need to message him through Meet Up, but he responds quickly. One recommendation is to bring bug spray! The mosquitoes were small & vicious. Lol.

Ed Moser led a terrific tour of Lafayette Square, one of the most important historical tourist sites in Washington. Knowledgeable,well-informed, and humorous, he was able to pack in a lot of information without ever being dull. He invited and answered questions and stayed overtime for those who wished to pursue further discussion. As this tour took place on Bastille Day he was able to trace French influences and contributions, adding a novel perspective. Having explored much of Washington over the years I can say that this is one tour that should not be missed.

Ed was our guide for “Bastille Day Tour of Famous French-Americans,” and it was terrific! He is knowledgeable and entertaining; the tour was a true learning experience, and a nice way to spend an evening in DC.

My wife and I joined Ed Moser for a tour of Espionage, Intrigue, and Scandal in Georgetown, and it was incredible! I think this is our fourth tour with Ed, and, wow, does he deliver. He has to be the best contextual historian of the DC area period, full stop! On each of his tours, he involves everyone, makes them feel so welcome and pulls them into the story. He's a tour guide like no other. If Ed Moser is leading the tour, ask not questions, just go!
