Tim provided my group with an informative and fun tour of DC's U Street neighborhood aka Black Broadway. His knowledge was extensive and it's clear that he loves what he does. My organization had a larger group and he was super accommodating and helpful while we arranged the booking, suggesting that we break the group into two tours for a more personalized experience. This tour does not disappoint -- even seasoned Washingtonians can learn a thing or two! Thank you Tim!

I booked this fabulous tour for my mum, this is her review: From beginning to end of the tour Tim was knowledgeable, friendly and presented a vast insight and love of U Street aka Black Broadway. He presented in such a way as would make me want to return for a further visit. His attention to detail was amazing, even down to the music which set the tone for our tour. Thank you Tim for enlightening me about our history of U Street/Black Broadway. I will see you on my return!

Excellent, informative and factually accurate tour of the city’s U Street with an emphasis on the cultural and business landmarks. Tour also touches on the evolution of the street in relation to citywide events such as the 1968 riots. Highly recommend Attucks Adams.

I booked a tour with Attacks Adams as a Father's Day gift for my dad and it was a huge hit! My dad loves history and loves to share knowledge and ask questions, and Tim was very astute in tailoring the tour for my parents' interests. Tim is also sensitive to people's various levels of mobility for walking tours, which may seem like a small detail but is actually very important for the enjoyment of any tour - he quickly figured out a comfortable walking pace for my parents and the tour was clearly planned to go deep into subjects without having to schlep all over the Mall. My dad later thanked me for the thoughtfulness of the gift. Tim is a knowledgeable and intuitive tour guide who is excellent with people.

I recently moved to DC and was looking for something interesting to entertain my first house guests. Tim gave us a wonderful tour of the Lincoln and King Memorials. His knowledge and interest in the topics are profound and insightful. He is an interactive guide and despite freezing cold winds, it was an amazing day!
