We passed this on the tour a few times and so decided to go in. Now a trump hotel and focal point recently of demonstrations, but politics aside it is an amazing building and to think they were going to pull it down. I believe they are trying to get the clock tower open again to the public which will... More

Clock Tower is still Closed - but you can enter the lobby for the Trump Tower - the lobby area is nice a big difference when this was just a pavilion with tourist shops and fast food.

Go all the way up to the top for an excellent view of D.C. Also there are lots of shops and eateries on the bottom level, so this is a nice place to take a break.

Listed as closed it is now a Trump International Hotel. I was looking for the Old Post Office so that I could send birthday cards with the special frank, sadly not any more. This building has been restored to a very high standard and is worth a look inside at what can be done.

Yes the Donald has turned a landmark into a plush hotel. Just before the opening last Wednesday we were let in to see the place before the official opening. The toilet on the first level was very nice with what looked like a gold plated paper holder. Sounds like a classy crapper. The redo looks really nice. A great deal... More

A true landmark on Pennsylvania Ave. Was actually a Post Office but now it is being converted into a Trump Hotel. Very high end. BUT, the tower is still available for visiting and you get a fabulous view from on high.

I visited this place many times in the past and always enjoyed it. It is one of beautiful landmark buildings in the Federal Triangle area. Visitors can only see the building from afar because it is currently temporarily closed for renovation as a Trump International Hotel. This iconic landmark is a designated historical site in Washington D.C. To get to... More

Loved it. Now it' closed to public though for renovation by Donald Trump to re-purpose it as a hotel. Hope they will reopen the tower to public once it's finished. From top you can see the whole city from each corner. Look at the bells on the top, they are beautiful. It's breezy up there, specially in cold season. And... More

This is closed as it is being turned into a Trump Tower. It has so much ch potential I look forward to seeing what Trump has done to it. The view from the tower should be magnificent.

It was fascinating at dusk.. quiet and a lot of people don't know what it is until you come closer to the building. I love architecture. Mail yourself a postcard here!
