A true landmark on Pennsylvania Ave. Was actually a Post Office but now it is being converted into a Trump Hotel. Very high end. BUT, the tower is still available for visiting and you get a fabulous view from on high.

I visited this place many times in the past and always enjoyed it. It is one of beautiful landmark buildings in the Federal Triangle area. Visitors can only see the building from afar because it is currently temporarily closed for renovation as a Trump International Hotel. This iconic landmark is a designated historical site in Washington D.C. To get to... More

Loved it. Now it' closed to public though for renovation by Donald Trump to re-purpose it as a hotel. Hope they will reopen the tower to public once it's finished. From top you can see the whole city from each corner. Look at the bells on the top, they are beautiful. It's breezy up there, specially in cold season. And... More

This is closed as it is being turned into a Trump Tower. It has so much ch potential I look forward to seeing what Trump has done to it. The view from the tower should be magnificent.

It was fascinating at dusk.. quiet and a lot of people don't know what it is until you come closer to the building. I love architecture. Mail yourself a postcard here!

I would had loved to check out the view from the top of the tower on our recent trip to DC, but it is currently closed. It will reopen when the Trump condo project is completed.

The Old Post Office has a great view of Washington DC, also a nice food court. It's a nice place to stop an relax away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger tourist attractions. It's definitely worth the time to stop by and grab a bite to eat, take a ride to the look-out and check out the shops.

Tourists tend to flock to the Washington Monument to get a good view of town. Locals know better and go to the Old Post Office Pavilion. First, the line is soooo much shorter to go up in the OPOP. Second, the things to see inside are so unique – the bells are amazing and so is the walk up. Third,... More

You can take the elevator to the tower and see so much of DC. There is hardly ever a wait. They have a very nice food court. Its a bummer since 9-11 that you can only go in one entrance.

Nice to look at, but if you want to go inside, you will have to wait till the renovations are completed, transforming this iconic building into a Trump tower.
