Went on the Monuments and Memorials Tour in early December. Sadly I can not remember the name of our tour guide, I do remember he was a graduate of George Washington Univ, probably in his mid 20s. Because our group was small with just 3...More
The segway tour was fantastic... there is no way possible I'd have seen nearly as much of DC if I had been on foot, or trying to take various transportation to the different sites. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but had extreme political opinions that...More

Thanks for coming out on tour with us and for leaving an honest review about your experience with us. All of our guides have been repeatedly warned and trained by me to never include religion or politics in any of their tours, it's a...More
So glad that I took this Segway tour - it was an awesome way to see all of the many must see sights in DC - White House, Capitol Building, National Mall; past all the various Smithsonians; Washington Monument; Thomas Jefferson Memorial; Franklin D Roosevelt...More
The Mall is a lot bigger an area than you may think. A Segway Tour is the ideal way to get there and see the sights under the expertise of an expert Guide. Especially a guide who is a History Teacher! It is extremely safe,...More
The best way to see the sights! We are both either side of 60 with a knee and hip replacement between us but still found this such an easy way to get around. The Segways were easy to master and even though it was a...More
My husband & I have made it a priority to take a Segway tour in each large city we visit. Our trip to Washington, DC was no different. We took the Monuments and Memorials (or Memorials & Monuments) with City Segway Tours DC and were...More
Wow, what a fun afternoon! Our guide, Cynthia, made this much more than your average monument tour. Her unique historical tidbits gave us new info we'd never heard. We are four, near 60 year old cousins, who had never ridden segways before. Cynthia is a...More
This was the most fun part of our trip! What a great tour! Our guide was Tom and he was fab - really funny, and so helpful (I was really nervous about falling off!!).

Our group consisted of my wife and our daughter and her husband. My wife was very very hesitant about this tour because she didn’t think she would be able to maneuver the Segway especially in busy DC. It was so much easier than we all...More

During December, January and February, we actually don't offer any evening tours. It can be pretty chilly during those months so we just keep the tours during the day light hours. Still, we'll serve complimentary hot chocolate during the winter after each of our three hour National Mall Segway tours or two hour Segway Experience tours. Between the two, our National Mall tour is definitely our most popular as it sees the most sights.
I hope this helps and that you will let us know if you have any other questions.
