Came here with a Honor Flight group. It is wonderful for the women to have their own monument, finally. It was amazing to watch the women on our tour reflect and grieve together.

This was a simple monument that really describes life in Vietnam. The statue is life-like. It reminded me of the sacrifice of this conflict including loss of life.. This was a costly conflict.

I came to D.C. to see all the sites like most people, but the one I came just to see was the Vietnam Memorial Wall... I found a friend's name and was very moved by all the respect I saw there with others......

What can you say but a very nice tribute. Easy to get to and close to the other tributes. As with all of the tributes in the area, this is a must see!

This is very close to the Vietnam War Memorial Wall, and it is a good statue and memorial to observe. If you're in the area, its worth a short stop to take this one in.

This Memorial is right next to the Viet Nam Wall, so don't overlook it! Not much ado, but is a nice statue.

I had seen a picture of this memorial before we visited, and wanted to make sure I got to see this. It is smaller in real life than what I expected from the picture. Nevertheless, it is still a very moving monument. The expressions of the nurses, and the pose is powerful. I have heard it is stunning at night,... More

There are so many landmarks in this area (Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson, etc.) that some of the smaller memorials get overlooked. This monument pays tribute to the women who served in Vietnam, and should be a stop if you are in the area.
