I am a local and took my 14 year old sister from PA on this tour and we had a fantastic time. Its a little adventurous, super informative and just some good old fashioned tourist fun. My favorite tour of the city!!

Go up to the street level and walk outside. The Duck Boat ride is stationed in front of Union Station (front being side facing toward Capitol building).
