Absolutely Awesome, Molly was an amazing tour guide and John the driver likewise. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Ctuise to Alcatraz was great ( do wear a jacket it can get a bit breezy ), the tour around San Fran was very enjoyable and entertaining, Molly was a wealth of knowledge and delivered very well.

I had never been to Washington DC and only had a day to see the sites. My husband and another couple and I spent the day with tour guide Mark and driver Thomas. It was wonderful. Mark had all the information and Thomas navigated us through the city with ease. We all throughly enjoyed the day and could not have accomplished so much on our own. Would highly recommend this servixe.

Our family of 10 (ages 9-80) wanted to see DC in a day without "killing" the elderly family members with us - one of whom recently had knee replacement surgery. Our tour guide was Mark. He was not only very knowledgeable but completely attentive to the fact that my mother needed assistance getting around and he arranged for wheel chairs and shuttles for her whenever possible. We chose to add the Bureau of Printing and Engraving (BPE) to our tour and started their. We arrived before the DC Shuttle guide and an employee at the BPE inferred that we were being ripped off because the BPE is free. What she failed to take into consideration is that we had been given tickets that fit into our tour perfectly (something that may or may not have happened on our own) AND that DC shuttle provided a separate guide to meet us here as well as a shuttle to take us from the BPE to the National Archives to meet up with the tour - all additional costs to the company that I was happy to pay for in the tour "upgrade". On the main tour we toured the National Archives, US Capitol, and Library of Congress. We walked by the Supreme Court. We saw all the memorials: WWII, Jefferson, Lincoln, Korea, Vietnam, FDR, MLK and Iwo Jima. He recommended a pizza place for dinner and had coupons - it was excellent. Since we ended the tour near the White House for an evening photo (where, it just so happened we had parked in the AM for a White House tour we had arranged on our own) we parted ways with the tour then rather than taking the bus back to the National Archives. My only complaint is that we didn't get lunch. We had to wait for about 20-25 minutes for the rest of the group to arrive after we had complete the BPE tour and I wish someone had suggested that we grab a bite while waiting - because the online information says that there is a lunch break. All in all, a great tour that saved us time (no waiting in lines) and stress on our body (less walking that otherwise would be necessary to see all of this) and, for the most part, was as advertised on line. As for the negative reviews - I don't know how one has control over a broken down bus but we had no issues. The driver was fine - his job was to get us from point A to point B and he did just that - if you greet him he will greet you; I noticed most people just boarded the bus without a nod in his directions. I imagine being ignored gets old. I found him cordial enough.
