A with all the attractions in DC this is another must see for the whole family. Lots of different things to enjoy here. You will spend at least 3 hours here and still feel you haven't seen every thing. You will go back every time you are in DC.

This place was amazing, so much to see and a very educational place for kids and adults alike. You could spend the whole day just walking around looking at all the stuff in this place.

We love the Natural History Museum! It was very nice and updated and had some very cool exhibits. We have been to the ones in NYC and London and this one was very on par with them. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone!

Find the most interesting museum in most cities and multiply by 5 and you get the Smithsonian Museum. Always great new exhibits and a new corner to explore. If you have only one day to museum hop...then this is the right place for almost all ages.

This was the first time I'd been back since I was a little kid. Yet it was just as magical as I remembered it. Excellent place for young children. I was really surprised by what my kids were actually interested in at the museum vs what they enjoy stories and tv shows about. The mammals, and undersea exhibits were my... More

My first time in this museum makes me realize how museum exhibition is also a form of storytelling. I can easily imagine myself bringing my future children back here, so I can be amazed at nature again. The story of how humans descend from a mammal looking like a rat will stay with me forever! This humbling lesson helps put... More
