The waterfalls were beautiful and well worth the drive. The views of Mt. Hood were spectacular and close up. The visitors center was beautiful.

I had visited once before in the fall, with drizzly weather and no crowds. This time, it was a sunny day, and packed with tourists. The Multnomah Falls is classically picturesque. We also took the scenic drive, which was wonderful.

Beautiful waterfalls. Easy hike. Pleasant drive from downtown Portland. Nice, cool spot on a hot day. Incredible views. Must do activity when visiting Portland. It's a popular tourist attraction and parking is tough. On a nice day expect crowds. Great photo opportunity.

Scenic beauty with forest and waterfalls all around. Best way to spend your time exploring the trails and various waterfalls with Multnomah being the largest. Do not miss the nearby Oneonta gorge trail up to a smaller waterfall. Food and rest rooms available near Multnomah...More

The Multnomah Falls at the Columbia River Gorge are really lovely and the hike to the top of the falls is well worth it! It is about 30 minutes outside of Portland and offers a great quick outing experience. It gets crowded so go early!

This is an absolutely breath taking waterfall, one of the best ones I've ever seen. I've been to a lot of water falls throughout the country and Hawaii and this one is on the top of my favorites list. There is a nice hike to...More

We had an excellent day hiking, taking pictures and wandering around this wonderful area. We drove the old highway and there was plenty to see.

When you are in Portland, a MUST I would say. We rented a car from hertz downtown last minute (just walked up) and did drive down the scenic route. Many areas to stop and enjoy the view. Vista House and the Falls were very crowded....More
