3rd time in NYC and this was the first time that I had seen traffic going through Times Square. Plenty of crossings and police managing traffic however it would be lovely if the road was permanently closed so that you can look up at everything that is going on around and above you without fear of walking into the road!!!!!

This is the place to be. Take time to walk and enjoy the atmosphere, the lights, the screens, any marquis, the dropped ball and specially the people... from all over the world It's as American as it gets. So many billboards, neon signs, and lights that even in the middle of the night it was as bright as daylight. Depending... More

Lots of lights lots of TVs great shopping. Try not to go during rush hour though there's a lot of people . However you can take in the beauty. Best place to stay in New York must see

During my first trip to New York, I wanted to see the famous Times Square. It was big and busy. I am glad I went and saw it, but I would not take my children there; until they are older. I am afraid I might lose them.

This is one experience I absolutely loved! Despite the massive amount of people crowed in one street, all of the tall buildings and lights where a magnificent view and the best picture taking place. If you go to NYC you need to visit Time square at lease one of the nights.

It is bigger than life and fabulous! Just the stores are amazing. We loved the M&M store, Disney Store, Discovery exhibit about the Vikings, the bakeries. The sights uptown and smell of the street vendors is like no where else in the world. Of course, you have to get a hot dog from a stand. Don't forget to try the... More
