Whenver I'm in Pembroke visiting family, I like to go down to the public parking under the Suncook bridge and watch the ducks swim in the river. It's a little bit of peace in a hectic world. When I grew up nearby there were no public access points like this. The environment has been cleaned up and the trees have grown older just like me. It's a beautiful river.
