If you like to walk or run, try out the Lakeshore Trail which runs along beautiful Table Rock Lake. It is absolutely stunning! Paved asphalt trail and a few minor "hills", but nothing difficult at all. There are restrooms at the beginning of the trail,...More

Nice scenery. A nice quiet place to take a walk or have a family picnic while on vaca to get away from the restaurants and tourist traps. Plenty of picnic tables and grills for you to use. Beautiful lake to sit near or play in....More

Lake was wonderful. Plants of fishing. No boating pressure. Hardly any houses on the lake since surrounded by national forests

The Baxter campground is our favorite. $21per night for a spot with water and electric hook ups. All are level and hard surface. Closest services are at Lampe. Stock up there before going in. Marina, boat ramp, and swim beach available.
