There is ice cream in Stillwater.. But it is much better ALL the way south to Iowa on the WI side! Taylors Falls.. Maiden Rock, the cheese town, Fountain City, etc.. Road trip!

it was pretty nifty... 90 minutes of peace! the upstairs was full so we sat down-- and could see it all. no comment on food-- only had a cola. its a value for money trip

The river offers many venues from small town festivals, camping, canoeing, hiking, biking, and adventure parks. You will come back over and over to this area because there are many places and activities to share.

We are boating a lot on the st croix river. You can swim, stay overnight on the beach make a camp fire and meet other boaters. It' s a very good brake after a long week at work.
