Some remarkable waterfalls within the mountains, there are 10 of them and all are gushing at very high speeds. We went towards the end of winter, and I suppose there is more water in the summer. Not in the top of our list, but a...More

This is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the world totally underrated, everything on the falls is natural apart from the light illumination and viewing gallery it is highly recommended to see it.it is an unbelievable experience 20000 liters of water fall every second.

The self-guided tour is excellent, the view from the top, breathtaking! This is not something for those who are a little shaky on their feet, or for small children.

A sudden snowstorm made for a cold and wet hike up the stairs to the falls, but the water cascading down through inside of the mountain was a scene not to be missed!

A big, gushing waterfall inside the mountains. The sheer speed and location of the falls gives you goosebumps. You have to take a lift and steps to see this. Will not recommend it to old people. At the base you get to hear the sound...More

Was not exactly in our plan, but recommended by a local- so glad we went. Words were quite hard to describe it- water falls in the tunnel! The energy and force of the water crashing through- the sound it makes! Gotta go!

The falls are within the mountain. A lift is built thru the rocks and takes you right up around 100 m. The sound of the water gushing thru the rocks, the viewpoints within the falls, the views of the lauterbrunnen valley all makes it a...More

One of the best waterfall I have ever seen. You reach the top by elevator and you can walk till there. At times there is a long queue.

Hello I will be visiting the Lauterbrunnen area in late march. Is the site open in winter months? The website makes mention of April - November but I can't seem to find any information that it is closed in March

On the TripHobo site it says that Trummellbach Falls is open in March from 9:00 to 5:00 daily. Our visit was not in the winter months, so I have no personal experience on March operating hours!
