Magnificent! It’s a bit of a hike up but, in true Swiss fashion they offer you hiking poles at the bottom f you need them. This beautiful waterfall is at the far end of the village of Lauterbrunnen right by the camp! First you are...More

A must see when in Lauterbrnnen Valley. The falls are easily accessed...park in the lot right in front of the falls and you get an awesome view right from the parking lot. You could also walk up close to the first flat area and lookup...More

The Staubbach Hotel faces the fall so it was convenient for us to walk nearer to the falls to take pictures,

Easy to find. They have down a great job to help secure the loose pebbles on the track up to the falls. Just need to be careful coming back down but definatly worth the walk up and the view.

This Waterfall was not more power, but everything of the falls made it very perfectly. Glad to see it once in my life.

Our mission was to get to Trummelbach Falls but Staubbach looked impressive with the sheer vertical cliff drop. The flow was light (probably due to prevaling drought). Could see a steady stream of visitors climbing the way up but just viewing from the road up...More

If you are into fairy-tale towns nestled by majestic mountain peaks or breath-taking valleys, then Lauterbrunnen in Switzerland is ideal one for you. The village trademark attraction aside from the very make-up of this darling of a village itself, is Staubbach Falls. Taking photos of...More

It is just not completely visiting Lauterbrunnen if you haven’t explored this waterfall. You must hike to the top and you will see the beautiful scenery of the lovely town.

Its ok... With good view, but hard to compare to other falls in the Alps. Very step climb. Can get slippery at top, borrow walking stick offered at bottom if unsure or not good shoes. Can get wet.

Agree with the weather. Definitely can walk the trail to the observation platform. If sunny beautiful, but more likely cloudy and cold.

It is an easy flat walk through and just south of the town. It is less than a mile and should take you around 20 minutes each way.
