Loved this beautiful view of Mikulov and the surrounding countryside! It cost 20czk to go up, and was definitely worth it.

A good place to watch over the city. This rock structure is a former watchtower for protectors of the city that should be better preserved with fences and security guards.

The route up is easy and short. Inside only few stairs. Do not expect much, there is only the tower and bushes around, but i loved how easy is to reach the top of the hill and taking into an account it is in the center of the city... the view is awesome!

if you remember the czech film for children...my holky z mestecka, it was filmed in here. it looks, that it is on the top of a high hill..but it is not so bad...only couple of steps and you get there..it is also near by the jewish cemetery...go on the top, you will pay 20czk (peanuts) and you will see amazing view of south Moravia.. I love it in here..and...chinaski was singing one part of My máme rádi víno, in here. Love this...

These ruins are a cool little way to spend an hour or so. You walk up a bit of an incline through some winding paths. When you reach the ruins you have the option of just seeing the outside of the tower or paying a few koruna and going to the top...You must go to the top as the view is just great. We were lucky enough to be there on a sunny and hot day and the view was crystal clear. You look out over Mikulov and the zamek and just enjoy the time you're up there.
Highly recommend.

Very nice view from there to the whole city. Unfortunately the castle itself was closed, so we took pictures only from the base of the fort. Maybe because it was Monday...
