We visited the zoo with children 5 and 9 years. It was rather more difficult to discover it close to Tábor city but it was worth to do so. Placed in nice nature,you will get the feeling the animals are all around you. We admired namely the garden-home of bears, even though the bears themselves were sleeping,😊. We spent there easily some three hours and enjoyed also the late lunch in the zoo restaurant. We really loved this trip a lot!

Táborská Zoo je velikostí a skladbou chovaných zvířat naprosto dostačující pro několikahodinové strávení času jak pro dospělé tak i dětí. Dobrá dostupnost autem i městskou dopravou včetně vlakové zastávky "Elinky", tedy další velmi oblíbené atrakce.
Tábor Zoo is the size and composition of kept animals absolutely sufficient for several hours of spending time for both adults and children. Good accessibility by car and public transport, including the train station "Elinky", another very popular attractions.

It reminds me a small zoo, but digging into the history, it was a ranch about 12 years ago which officially grew up to a zoo idea seven years ago. Nonetheless, clean, with happy animals, affordae prize will make the she family happy for about two hours

little but nice zoo. it is on the meadow but it doesn't matter much. kids liked it especially bears, white wolves and of course the lions.

We enjoyed our visit. The animals are having good enclosures nicely placed into the nature. No concrete like elsewhere. We were very close to the animals. We had a lot of fun.

Small Zoo but some interesting animals like, Lions, Tigers, bears, wolfs, monkeys and Meerkats. Good thing is that some of the enclosures look like how their natural environment would(bears & stags) and you can get very close to all of them which is great for the kids.
The rest of the animals are mostly farm animals and wild boar, Birds and a good collection of Owls but my small children loved it.
Would be good if they advertised at the entrance somewhere that there was actually a restaurant as we only found this at the end.
Refreshment prices are a bit steep but free parking so cant win em all :)
Would really only recommend this zoo if in the area as we were to see the caves so it made more of the trip.

Dobry den, nekde jsem cetla, ze Zoo projizdi vuz s konmi (mam nechodici matku), ale toto info nemohu na oficialnich strankach dohledat. Dekuji.
